Jackds Security B.V. ("Jackds Security", "we", "us") respects your privacy and handles personal data with care and in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR / AVG). This statement explains what data we process when you visit this website or contact us, and what your rights are.

- Server log files. Our hosting provider may automatically record technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested, to keep the site secure and available.
3. Cookies
This website does not place tracking, advertising, or analytics cookies, and we do not profile visitors.
4. Why we process your data and our legal basis
- To respond to your enquiry — based on your consent and our mutual interest in entering into or performing an agreement (Art. 6(1)(a)/(b) GDPR).
- To keep the website secure and functioning — based on our legitimate interest in operating a safe website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
5. Third parties
We do not sell your data. We only share data with parties that help us run the website:
- Hosting provider — stores the website and processes server logs on our behalf.
- flagcdn.com — the language flag icons in the menu are loaded from this third-party content delivery network, which may process your IP address in order to deliver those images.
External links on this site (such as HackerOne, Intigriti, and LinkedIn) lead to third-party websites with their own privacy policies.
6. How long we keep your data
We keep email correspondence only for as long as needed to handle your request and for any legally required period afterwards. Server logs are retained for a limited time by our hosting provider for security purposes.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, or erase your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, email info@jackds.nl.
8. Complaints
If you believe we have not handled your data correctly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) at autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.

As a cybersecurity company, we take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss or unlawful processing.
